Any products supplied by you are obviously your responsibility to follow up on any issues with the relevant manufacturer or retailer.
Products supplied by me are again covered by manufacturer’s warranty and can either be followed up by you direct with the manufacturer e.g. Hope, or returned to me within 12 months of purchase.
The service I have provided i.e. building the wheel has a 12 month warranty period. During that time you can return the wheel to me and I will re-true or repair it free of charge. The basic understanding here is that this doesn’t cover normal wear and tear, and the wheel has not been misused. I aim to provide you with a wheel that will be trouble free but with the best will in the world things do sometimes go wrong, so please contact me first before returning anything and we’ll see what the most pragmatic and cost effective solution for both of us is.
