Dynohubs are usually used to power lights but these days tourists also use them to power chargers for phones, tablets and GPS. Unless it came with the bike dynohubs are usually an after-market upgrade and can be added into your existing rim or built onto a new one. The spoke length will probably be different to your existing spokes as these hubs tend to be a bit bigger so new spokes will probably be required.
